Ms. Falls serves as Administrative Assistant for the Mississippi Health Policy ResearchCenter. Before relocating to the Ridgeland office, she served as Administrative Assistant to the Director, Dr. Arthur G. Cosby, of the Social Science Research Center. Her primary responsibilities include: setting up conferences, handling/planning and scheduling meetings, responsible for overall equipment, facilities and supplies in the office, and all necessary purchases and dissemination of paperwork between the HealthPolicy Center, the Social Science Research Center and Mississippi State University. Ms. Falls also handles the printing and distribution of all health related products produced by researchers in the Mississippi Health Policy Research Center to include Health Policy Fact Sheets, Policy Briefs, Policy Papers and Maps. In addition to her daily activities as Office Manager, she also provides administrative support on various research projects to include coordinating and facilitating workshops/sessions, assisting in preparing budgets and final proposal information. She also is a liaison between many entities in the Jackson area and MSU/SSRC researchers. Ms. Falls also serves as the MAFES representative for special reports at the SSRC. Ms. Falls is heavily involved with the Mississippi Highway Patrol E-cite project by serving as Help Desk and training officers for the E-cite software.
