Survey Lab

The Wolfgang Frese Survey Research Laboratory (SRL) completed the 2017 Client Satisfaction Survey for the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services (MDRS). The SRL has been collecting MDRS client satisfaction data for more than fifteen years and is honored to have such a long-standing partnership with a state agency that provides critical services to the people of Mississippi. During each quarter of 2017, the SRL completed approximately 250 telephone-based surveys with individuals who had received rehabilitation services from MDRS in the past year. The scientists leading this project are Dr. Wolfgang Frese, Director Emeritus of the Survey Research Laboratory and Dr. John F. Edwards, MAFES Research Scientist and Associate Research Professor at the Social Science Research Center.

In addition to completing the 2017 Client Satisfaction Survey for the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services, the SRL has also completed the 2017 Client Satisfaction Survey for the Mississippi Department of Mental Health (MDMH). This project involved data collection from a representative sample of approximately 800 clients who received mental health services from MDMH in recent past. Members of the team overseeing this survey included Izzy Pellegrine, SSRC Research Associate, Laura Grandfield, SRL Call Center Manager, and Amanda Gochanour, SRL Research Assistant.
