Jennifer Alberson worked in the Mississippi Alcohol Safety Education Program office for 25 years. As a project coordinator, she worked closely with the operations director in the daily functions of the program, collecting data and communicating with facilitators and students.

Dr. John F. Edwards went from a graduate research assistant to the director of the Wolfgang Frese Survey Research Laboratory. Surveys administered by the SRL cover a broad range of topics such as healthcare, education, behavioral risk factors, children’s wellbeing, quality of life, and disaster response. Past and present funders include Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Institutes of Health, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

Jennifer Flannagan held multiple roles at the SSRC before serving as the center's business manager for many years. Her main duties included grant and contract assistance such as budget preparation and proposal submission to the Office of Sponsored Projects and managing human resources for the center.
